Terms of Service

Resvyo scores a CV against a specific job posting, tells you which requirements it does not meet and which formatting will trip up applicant tracking software, and — when you spend a credit — rewrites that CV for that posting.

Resvyo improves the CV you give it. It does not build one for you. The service re-expresses experience you already have in the vocabulary the posting uses: sharpening how a responsibility is worded, surfacing a skill that was buried, fixing structure that parses badly. It is an editor working on your material, not an author producing new material.

Concretely, Resvyo does not:

— invent jobs, employers, dates, degrees or certifications you did not give it;
— add achievements you did not perform;
— produce a CV from an empty page or from a job description alone.

Every factual claim in what you receive originates in what you supplied. Before you ever see the result, an automatic check compares it against your original and removes any figure it cannot trace back — this is enforced in our code, not merely requested of the model. Adding relevant skills and keywords to your skills list is the one place we deliberately add rather than re-express, because that list is a statement of competence, not a historical record.

Two consequences follow, and they cut in both directions. Ours: we cannot improve a CV that says almost nothing, and a very thin CV will produce a modest result. Yours: because the substance is yours, you remain the author of your CV and are responsible for the truth of what it says.

Resvyo is a tool, not a proofreader of last resort. Read the document before you send it to anyone. If a rewritten line overstates what you did, or a word is wrong for your industry, change it — you can edit and re-export as often as you like at no extra cost.

Our automated check removes figures that cannot be traced to your original. It cannot know whether your original was accurate in the first place. If you tell Resvyo you increased revenue by 40%, it will keep that claim; verifying it is not something any software can do for you.

We are not a recruitment agency, an employment service, or a career adviser, and we have no relationship with the employers whose postings you paste in.

You need a free account to use the service. You must give an email address you control, keep your password to yourself, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Upload only CVs you are entitled to upload — your own, or one you have permission to work on. By uploading, you confirm the content is yours to use and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

A free account includes three checks per day. A check is one analysis of one CV against one posting: the score, the ranked gaps and the parsing report. The allowance resets at midnight UTC. It costs nothing and requires no card.

Packs are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and you are never charged again automatically. Standard is $19 for 4 tailored CVs; Pro is $29 for 10, plus the additional Pro tools. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you live.

One credit is spent at the moment Resvyo writes a tailored CV for a posting. Editing, re-exporting, or downloading a CV you already generated costs nothing. Credits do not expire.

If generation fails on our side, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. If you buy a smaller pack while holding a larger plan, your plan is not downgraded.

So that the limits in the next section are not the only thing here: we will keep every figure in your rewritten CV traceable to your original; we will never sell your data, share it with recruiters, or use your CV to train a model; we will refund you within 14 days, no questions asked; and we will tell you by email before any material change to these terms or to how your data is used.

We can improve how well a CV matches a posting and how cleanly it parses. We cannot promise you an interview, a callback, or a job — those depend on the employer, the role, the competition, and your experience. Any score shown is our own assessment and is not issued by, endorsed by, or connected to any employer or applicant tracking vendor.

Scores are a guide, not a measurement of your worth as a candidate, and a higher score is not a guarantee of anything.

Do not resell or redistribute the service, script or scrape it, attempt to bypass usage limits or payment, or use it to produce documents you know to be false. We may suspend an account that does these things. If we suspend an account that has unused credits and no abuse occurred, we refund them.

Your CV remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you — to store, process, and send it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy in order to produce your results. The documents Resvyo generates for you are yours to use however you like, with no restriction and no attribution required.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for the consequences of a document you chose to send: whether an application succeeds, how an employer reads it, or what follows from a claim that was in your CV before we edited it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Doing so removes your CVs and generated documents, and forfeits any unused credits — so if you want a refund, ask before you delete. We may end these terms if you breach them.
